Digital signage technology provider STRATACACHE has announced the opening of the new STRATACACHE SuperLab, a state-of-the-art customer experience center located within its headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

The 10,000-square-foot lab showcases the latest digital media presentation, measurement, delivery, interactivity and acceleration technologies for marketing, communications, training, and IT professionals across multiple market segments and professional disciplines.

The STRATACACHE SuperLab allows customers and prospects to “touch and feel” multiple consumer and employee media experiences and understand how technologies available today and in the coming years will impact the way organizations communicate with their customers and employees.

According to the company, it features the latest STRATACACHE technologies covering concepts such as digital point-of-purchase (POP) merchandising, interactive displays, gestural interactivity within 2D or 3D, micro-fixture displays, consumer Bluetooth tracking-marketing and couponing, audience measurement, consumer traffic tracking (in-branch), live and on-demand IP video, simple and advanced digital media players, virtual mannequins and digital holograms, syndicated media content services, enterprise content distribution and Internet/Intranet application acceleration solutions.

Additionally, the SuperLab provides an IT load-simulation environment where customers can replicate large-scale transaction or operational performance modeling across clusters of test servers in an adjoining STRATACACHE datacenter location and across terrestrial, wireless, satellite and 3G network links, thereby emulating actual network and computing environments common in the customer world.
